Done-For-You Authority Site Service Terms

These terms apply specifically to the $497 Done-For-You Authority Site service offered by Siteplot Media LLC. They supplement the general Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
Included deliverables
- Niche and competition research plus one recommended editorial direction.
- Domain-name consultation. Domain registration fees are not included.
- WordPress installation/configuration on customer-provided compatible hosting.
- Basic brand foundation: site name consultation, simple logo, favicon, and visual direction.
- Responsive website design, homepage, navigation, core topic/category structure, author structure, About, Contact, and baseline policy-page placement.
- Technical SEO foundation including clean URLs, metadata framework, XML sitemap, appropriate schema, breadcrumbs/internal-link structure, and analytics/Search Console setup assistance.
- Twenty original initial articles. Article length follows the subject and reader need; most will normally fall around 800–1,500 words, but usefulness and completeness take priority over padding to a fixed word count.
- Internal linking across the initial content set where relevant.
- AdSense readiness review and application/setup guidance.
- Initial traffic-growth roadmap identifying suitable channels and next publishing priorities.
What is not included
The service does not include guaranteed AdSense approval, guaranteed traffic or rankings, paid advertising spend, guaranteed Google Discover inclusion, domain/hosting charges, premium third-party software or licenses, ongoing content after the included 20 articles, ongoing SEO management, legal/accounting advice, or an ongoing done-for-you traffic campaign.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide timely intake information, domain/hosting access, requested credentials through a secure method, and truthful information about existing sites/accounts. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your domain and hosting unless separately agreed. You must have rights to any branding, images, or materials you provide.
Niche acceptance
We may decline or request a different niche where the subject creates unreasonable legal, platform-policy, expertise, safety, restricted-content, or fulfillment risk. If no mutually acceptable niche can be chosen before research begins, the service may be refunded under the Refund Policy.
Timeline
Our target is to reach initial delivery within 21 business days after (1) payment is confirmed, (2) the completed project intake is received, (3) required hosting/domain access is available, and (4) the niche direction is approved. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Customer delays, unusual technical issues, scope changes, third-party outages, or required compliance review may extend the schedule. We will communicate material delays through the project dashboard or email.
Review and revisions
The package includes one consolidated reasonable revision round requested within 7 calendar days after the project is marked ready for customer review. Revisions cover reasonable corrections or adjustments within the agreed scope, not a new niche, complete redesign, or replacement of the content strategy. Technical defects or material factual errors reported within 14 days after delivery will be corrected without consuming the revision round.
Content standards
Content may use AI-assisted research or drafting tools as part of production, but included articles will receive editorial review and are intended to be original, useful, and publication-ready. We do not knowingly copy competitor content or fabricate first-hand experience. Customers remain responsible for ongoing accuracy and updates after handoff.
AdSense and third parties
Google alone decides AdSense approval and may change policies or request changes. Search engines and social platforms control indexing, rankings, recommendations, and traffic. We will complete the stated readiness work but cannot guarantee a third-party decision.
Ownership and handoff
After full payment, you own the custom website configuration, custom branding assets created for your project, and custom article content delivered under this service, excluding our pre-existing software, training systems, reusable code, templates, methods, and third-party licensed components. Any third-party component remains subject to its own license.
Post-delivery support
We provide 14 calendar days of reasonable post-delivery support for questions and defects related to the delivered scope. Ongoing maintenance, hosting support, content production, SEO, or traffic management requires a separate agreement.
Refunds and cancellations
The stage-based DFY refund schedule in the Refund Policy applies. A customer-requested pause may be treated as on-hold; projects inactive because required customer information/access is missing for more than 45 days may require rescheduling.
