Terms of Use

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Siteplot Media LLC. By purchasing or using a paid product or service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented at checkout.

Educational purpose

Our training provides educational information about website publishing, traffic development, and advertising monetization. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and we do not control Google, search engines, social platforms, advertisers, or other third parties.

No guaranteed results

No purchase guarantees AdSense approval, rankings, indexing, Discover inclusion, traffic, revenue, profitability, or any specific financial result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

Account and license

Digital products are licensed to the purchasing customer for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, republish, share account credentials, distribute course files, or create a competing product by reproducing our materials.

Payments

Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you authorize a one-click upsell, you authorize the stated additional charge to the payment method made available through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and, for the Done-For-You service, the Done-For-You Service Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to commit fraud, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse payment/email systems, circumvent access controls, or violate applicable law or third-party platform policies.

Third-party platforms

References to Google, AdSense, Stripe, WordPress, SendGrid, Pinterest, or other third parties do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Third-party services may change their policies, pricing, features, or eligibility rules at any time.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We may update course material to reflect platform or policy changes. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively except where immediate changes are required for security, law, or third-party compliance.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for express written commitments in a product or service description, the website, training, and related materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siteplot Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the training, third-party platforms, rankings, traffic, advertising accounts, or business decisions. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
